QSL Women’s Div 1:
Round 3 Preview

FRIDAY FIXTURES

USC Rip City v Brisbane Capitals

With nothing but wins under their belts, Capitals will be heading up the coast to face off against USC Rip City. Rip City will have the home court advantage and are hoping to take the win this round following an outstanding performance last weekend.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

We’d expect nothing less than a baller performance from WNBL Champion and Aussie Opals squad member Maddy Rocci given her start to the QSL this season. Her triple-double for USC Rip last Friday is only the beginning and we can’t wait to see what she produces for the rest of the season.

Capitals trio Madison Woodford, Georgia Woolley and Meg Essex proved once again last week that they are the real deal, with a combined 55 pts, 30 reb and 10 ast for Capitals against South West Metro.
